**Packages can be booked at any time. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. If booked less than 15 days prior to the event, a $30 late booking fee will be added to the total. A booking canceled 30 days or more before the event will result in a loss of 25% of the deposit. A booking canceled 14 to 29 days before the event will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit. A booking canceled less than 14 days before an event and is not rescheduled at the time of cancellation, will result in a loss of the entire amount of the deposit.**
